Get healthy hair

This monday I will give some few advices about haircare ^^

As we all know does hair need some care.
The first advice is ( hopefully ) already done by all..
Wash your hair with hairshampoo, after that you can use some balm  which makes the hair more shiny, soft and, in most cases, easy to brush and untangle.
Aside from that you can, especially in the Winter-time, get dandruff, which you need some special shampoo for.
It is also my experience that saltwater makes your hair be much more healthy and soft, even without using balm.

How to do it:

You simply take an empty spray-can ( as the ones used by hairdressers ), fill it up with water. And all after how much water that is in the can, you put salt in. I usually use 1 teaspoon full of salt to 1 litre of water. Then you blend it together, eventually shakes it to make the salt blend well with the water, and tadaah: Your own saltwater mix for the hair.
But! It is not recommended to use it every day.

This was todays advice, hope you could use it for something, though you probably already knew of those things ^^;

Tips to getting a clean face

I've been asked quite a lot from people around me, how it can be that I have such a clean face as I have. Its not something I've even been thinking about, not untill last week.
I've been thinking, and now I will try to share the tips with other people that have an unclean face filled with pimples/acne. ^^

1: When you've been taking a shower it is alsways tempting to just keep on going untill there is no more hot water left. But instead of doing that I you should end your bath with showering your whole body in cold water. It gets your blood running which is really good for you and your skin.

2: Take a camomille steambath for your face once in a while. It is really good and cleanses your pores and is especially good if you are having a cold.

3: Start and end the day with washing your face in lukewarm water.

4: Clean your face for makeup before you get to bed. And let your face have a 'makeup-free' day once a week.

5. If you have long bangs try to trim it to make it thinner, or keep it away from forehead. Its important that it gets fresh air once in a while.

6: Eat healthy. - You become what you eat. I think thats a saying.. But ya.. Only eat unhelahty in weekends and eat veggies instead og candy when doing your work/homework/when sitting by the computer.

7: Drink water.! It cant be told enough times as I know a lot of people who drink a lot of soda and sugarfilled drinks. But its not good for your body, either your skin. Instead drink some water.

8: Get enough sleep.

9: Dont stress to much. If you feel you are stressed then try to get just half an hour in your scheme where you will be relaxing and meditating ( <- which is also said to be good for you )

Hope you could use my tips and advices a little.

Dont be afraid to wear colors!

Last night I watched a pretty interesting progam in television.

It showed how 70% of the worlds populatin are wearing black clothes. And it was not beause they all aregothic. Not it showed how most women are wearing black either because they have got mislead by fashion-tips that says that black makes one more slim, or it is because they have a lack of confidence and self esteem.

It made me think a little, and realise that I am one of theese women, though trying to get out of it. Also many of my friends are 'hiding' in the black clothes. But we have to get out of it! Cause the fashion-tips that tells that 'Black makes you look more slim', is mostly a lie.
Yes black can makes you look slim, but you have to wear other colors with it, otherwise your body will 'drown' in the black clothes and you will look like a bag of potatoes.

Just a simple red shirt mixed together with a black pair of jeans, can make most women look more beautiful and sexy.

If you think that you need inspiration to which colors or which kind of clothes to wear, I can highly recommend you to look at pictures from the Japanese street fashion, or just fashin in generel. A lot of them wears a lot of colors, which makes people happier and feel better. It even attracs tourists.

I am not saying that you should throw all of your black clothes away and immediatley begin to wear flowery and frilly clothes, or that you should begin to wear clothes as in the Japanese street fashion. Cause that is not what I mean.

I mean that a simple google after 'harajuku' can give a lot of inspiration. Or if you just little by little begins to wear colors. It doesnt have to be the most bright pink color you can find, but just a color you feel like you want to try out but havent felt like buying yet because you are afraid of the result.
That can help alot.

Dont be afraid to wear colors!!
